Aura Personal is now looking for a Project Quality Engineer for one of our clients in the Stockholm area (Rosersberg). As a Project Quality Engineer, you play a central role in ensuring high quality in integration and delivery projects. You work closely with both the project team and the client and are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle – from early planning to final delivery.

The role combines strategic quality work with practical elements. The work takes place both in production environments and at the client's site, for example during installations in vehicles or marine environments. This is a position for you who thrive on responsibility, variety, and switching between a holistic perspective and hands-on work.

• Ensure quality in integration projects from start to delivery, often in parallel across several projects with varying complexity.

• Analyze the client's quality requirements and plan how these will be verified during the project.

• Develop and implement quality plans and working methods in line with applicable standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

• Participate in contract and design reviews to ensure that quality requirements are met.

• Support the project team in quality-related issues regarding material choices, products, and implementation.

• Establish and maintain quality documentation, including self-checks, installation checks, and final and delivery checks.

• Conduct quality checks during production and installation to ensure correct assembly and function.

• Perform final and delivery checks together with the client.

• Drive improvement work and manage preventive and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with other functions within quality and projects to develop processes and working methods.

• Travel is required for work at the client's site.

We are looking for someone with a structured approach, a strong quality mindset, and who thrives in technical project environments. You have both analytical skills and practical understanding of installation and construction.

We believe you have:

• Experience in quality work in technical projects, preferably within industry, integration, or installation.

• Good knowledge of quality standards and processes, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical controls and solutions.

• Basic understanding of construction, material choices, and assembly.

• Experience working in varying environments, such as production environments and at the client's site.

• Ability to check cable routing, installations, and handle basic measuring equipment.

• Good communication skills and confidence in dialogue with clients regarding technical and quality-related issues.

• Driver's license and willingness to travel for work.

Meritorious:

• Experience with electrical installations and signal and data cables.

• Knowledge of functional testing and troubleshooting.

• Experience in improvement work, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
